I present the news on BBC News’s socials channels.

I've been a journalist since before I left school, writing for local papers and HuffPost, then Radio 4, Radio 1 Newsbeat, BBC Three and BBC News.

My original reporting has helped has helped reinstate a £500m government fund for youth services across the UK, and got Instagram to improve how it protects buyers. I've helped take BBC News' TikTok reach over sixteen million followers.

I studied Philosophy, which explains most of it: I'm interested in why people do what they do, where it came from, and what everyone else has missed.

The rest of the time I'm in a rainforest, on a horse, or on a plane somewhere with a camera.
